This Volta® M100 1-color tabletop pad print machine, designed for printing small to moderately sized parts, comes with a true 90-mm pad printing ink cup as a standard feature. This ink cup has a two-sided ink cup ring. It also incorporates an ingenious tool-less setup for quick job changeover. This is a key feature in reducing labor costs, especially in short-run production jobs.
Additionally, an ink cup adapter is also available, which enables this machine to handle smaller ink cup sizes, such as 60-mm ink cups. No other single color printer in the industry has this capability. Smaller ink cups reduce pad printing ink waste.
This tabletop printing press has the capability to handle parts up to 4.3″ (110mm) tall, including the part fixture.
