110MM INK CUP CERAMIC RING FOR PAD PRINTER INK CUP
This is a durable single-sided 110mm ceramic ring for pad printer ink cups (PAD-RING-110). To make this ring chip resistant, we used high-quality, fine-crystalline, and higher-density zirconia (ZrO2) material.
This ink cup ceramic ring features superior wear, chip resistance, and unmatched doctoring performance. Additionally, this zirconia material makes it easy to maintain and clean this ink cup ring.
This ink cup ring smoothly scrapes ink from the pad printing plate, leaving only the ink on the etch. This pad printer machine ring works very well with all commercially available clichés for pad printing, including laser plates, photopolymer clichés, steel plates, etc.
Prior to shipment, this replacement 110mm ceramic ring undergoes rigorous inspection, which includes microscope inspection, testing, and laser measurement for the evenness of the scraping edge.
