FLEXIBLE UV INK
160 Series is a durable flexible UV ink for industrial inkjet printers. This UV inkjet ink makes it possible to print on soft items such as baskeballs, HDPE plastic bottles, and other substrates such as faux leather.
Traditional UV inks are rigid by design because they are formulated to print on hard surfaces such as metal and glass. Flexible items require digital inks that will not crack or distort. For this reason, we formulated the 160 Series ink line for industrial UV inkjet printers.
Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, White, Light Cyan, Light Magenta, and Varnish are all colors available on this ink line.
Applications for the 160 UV inkjet ink
The 160 Series ink will bend and flex without cracking. As a result, the 160 Series inks are ideal for printing sports goods such as soccer balls, flexible bottles for bikes, face masks, leather, cork material, and more.
