REPLACEMENT 90MM SINGLE SIDED INK CUP RING

This single-sided 90mm ink cup ring (PAD-RING-90) is designed and manufactured as a replacement for Winon, and Kent rings. And like all other ceramic rings from Boston Industrial Solutions, Inc., we use great care and the highest quality higher-density zirconia (ZrO2) to make these rings. As a result, this 90-mm ring features superior wear, chip resistance, and unmatched performance. Zirconia is also resistant to pad printing solvents. For this reason, this ring lasts a long time.

The replacement ring cleans the excess pad printing ink from the pad printing plate smoothly.All commercially available printing plates are compatible with this replacement ring.

This 90mm ring is 100% compatible with all OEM cups that use a similar ring, e.g. PAD-RING-90.

Dimensions for the 90mm ceramic ring are: OD 90mm, ID 82mm, and H 12mm (90-C).

How to Replace the Pad Printer’s Ring

To change a cup ring (PAD-RING-90), you need a ring removal tool as well as a mullet. The ring removal tool makes it easy to remove the chipped or broken ring. This tool enables a printer to change the ring at his or her facility. You can use the removal tool to change this ceramic ring.

There are several ring removal tools available. These range from 53 to 200 mm. 53mm ring removal tools are special for changing rings from 53mm cups, while the large ring removal tools are for large ceramic rings.
