HD SILICONE INKS FOR SCREEN PRINTING TEXTILE AND APPAREL

SilTex® screen printing silicone ink is a two-component, multi-purpose screen printing silicone HD ink for textiles. This screen printing silicone ink is formulated for direct printing, transfer printing, and 3D printing. We developed this silicone ink with the purest silicone polymers. This was to ensure that prints are durable and deliver the ultimate stretch and feel on textiles. And, unlike standard screen silicone printing inks, this ink comes ready to use. There are no toners. Benefits of silicone screen printing inks over plastisol inks

• Textiles printed with SilTex Silicone HD ink have a rich, expensive, and soft feel. This look and feel cannot be achieved with plastisol inks. This enhances the aesthetics of any textile or product printed with this ink.
• Also, SilTex silicone inks are very durable. Products printed with SilTex will withstand numerous washings and abrasions.
• In addition, these inks are PVC-free.

Silicone HD ink mixing preparation

Catalyst: Add SXT Catalyst at 2% of the ink’s weight into the ink.

Solvent: While not required, add SS solvent to alter the ink’s viscosity. Use the solvent when printing transfer labels. Note that adding solvent will reduce the ink’s viscosity and slow the drying time.

Drying: Dry the prints at 212°F–250°F (100°C–121°C) for 60 seconds.

Printing: Use 100–160 mesh screens to print with SilTex silicone HD ink.

Natron® SilTex® GR siliconeink for screen printing on fabric is a two-component ink for screen printing on apparel and textiles. This silicone ink for screen printing on fabrics is made with the purest silicone polymers. This makes the prints strong and durable. SilTex GR prints have a round finish. The prints are durable and deliver good stretch and a rubbery feel on cotton textiles. And, unlike standard textile silicone printing inks, this ink comes ready to use. There are no toners. Just ink!

To print with SilTex® GR silicone fabric screen printing ink, simply add STX Catalyst to the ink, mix, and print. It’s that easy. This unique feature eliminates guesswork, saves time, and eliminates the headache of mixing toners so that you can focus on your business—printing.

GR silicone screen printing ink line is formulated for printing onto cotton, polyester, and most textiles. Unlike SilTex HD ink for screen printing, SilTex GR has very high gloss and round finish.

How to mix and prepare silicone ink

Printing: Use 110–160 mesh screens to print with SilTex silicone inks.

PRINT ON HORSE RIDING PANTS

Boston Industrial Solutions, Inc. formulated the Natron® SilTex® XF Silicone ink for horse breeches and other textiles that undergo high friction. This screen printing ink has a clear finish. It is used as the final print (finishing printing) on silicone to give horse riding pads a durable, high-gloss finish. This glossy ink finish is resistant to wear and tear. Additionally, we use the best possible silicone to formulate this silicone textile screen printing ink. SilTex® XF prints have a high gloss and a round, clear finish. Benefits of SilTex® XF silicone screen printing ink

The SilTex XF has excellent resistance to abrasion. This feature makes this printing ink an excellent ink for screen printing on horse riding pants, seat-grips, and knee-grip breeches. Additionally, XF is soft and very comfortable to wear the printed clothes. The printed fabrics have a rich, expensive, and rubbery feel. The XF inks enhance the aesthetics of the printed apparel.

This silicone ink for horse breeches is also safe for the environment and is PVC-free. Also, SilTex® XF silicone inks for screen printing textiles are very durable. Anti-slip silicone screen printing  ink for socks

Screen printing anti-slip silicone ink for socks and gloves is a two component screen printing ink. This Anti-slip silicone ink prints perfectly on hospital, Yoga, Barre, and Pilates socks. The AS ink is a clear finish.  Various colors are also available.

The Natron® SilTex AS screen printing silicone ink for silicone is durable and has life long lasting high gloss finish. This non slip silicone ink  for socks is resistant to wear and tear.  It is applied via screen printing for non slip socks for toddlers, yoga, and hospital applications. Like all our SilTex silicone ink lines, the SilTex AS grip silicone ink for socks is developed with the purest silicone polymers. SilTex AS prints have high gloss, round, high density expensive rubbery, smooth feel just like the GR series inks for textiles.  The prints are extremely durable and deliver good stretch on wool, poly blends, and cotton textiles.
