150mm Ring

This is a replacement double-sided 150mm ceramic ring developed for Inkcups VersaCup® ink cups. This 150mm inkcup ceramic ring is durable; we used high-quality, fine-crystalline, and higher-density zirconia (ZrO₂) material.

Ceramic makes the ink cup ring smooth, resisting ink and solvent for quick and easy cleaning. Rings made from ceramic rings are not only more robust than brittle steel rings but are also less prone to damage. Ceramic rings extend polymer plate life. Additionally, one can easily remove and quickly replace damaged ceramic rings on-site.

Like every product that Boston Industrial Solutions, Inc., makes, this replacement 150mm ceramic ring undergoes rigorous testing, which includes microscope inspection, feel inspection, and laser measurement for the evenness of the scraping edge.

This cup ring is a 100% exact fit for Inkcup’s ink cups. Dimensions for the 150mm ceramic ring are OD 150mm, ID 142mm, and H 12mm (150-C, ICN Part Number: cucr-150).

This replacement ring is designed, made, and guaranteed to fit on Inkcup’s 150mm pad printer machine ink cups.
