Recently, a world-renowned musical  instrument manufacturer (that prints on metallic instruments) was having an issue with the efficiency of their printing process.

 

Challenge:

The instrument manufacturer was struggling with printing productivity on their cymbals. Cymbals are made up of brass for beginner cymbals and bronze for advanced which includes a blend of copper, tin, zinc, and trace amounts of silver that define this company’s distinct sound. Their previous production process required constant supervision because of inconsistent pad transfer, irregular lines etc.

 

Solution:

When our team received the call and made an in-person visit, we conducted an audit of their printing process. After reviewing, we determined that the issue was their ink.
