Citrine® CEP 240 is a single-part silicone primer used to pre-treat epoxy, metals, ceramics, glass, or other polymers so that solid and liquid silicone rubber can stick to them.
This silicone adhesion promoter works with silicone elastomers (HCR/HTV, peroxide curing).
After the primer dries, it leaves a rigid film of silicone resin on the material. This primer film adheres firmly to various substrates and acts as an adhesion layer for silicone rubbers applied later.
