UV Ink

UV Printer Ink for industrial Digital Printing equipment

UV ink is an important consumable for inkjet printing. These UV-curable inks offer unique benefits for printing on many substrates. These benefits include instant curing, vibrant prints, adhesion, scratch resistance, lightfastness, color density, eco-stainability, no volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and more. Like offset printing methods, digital printing inks are for specific substrates. Therefore, it is important to select inkjet ink for specific products for printing.

Compatible print heads

Our Natron ink for inkjet printers is compatible with various print heads commonly employed on digital printers. These inks work with Ricoh, Kyocera, Toshiba, Konica-Minolta, and Xaar piezo DOD printheads. There are three major categories of inkjet inks: hard, neutral, and flexible inks. Hard digital inks are for printing on rigid substrates such as glass, metal, etc. Neutral inks are versatile curable inkjet inks for printing on a wide range of flexible and rigid substrates. These inks stick to a variety of materials, including plastic, glass, metal, rubber, and wood. They are also ideal for printing on non-traditional substrates like garments for direct-to-garment (DTG) applications. For flexible substrates, print using flexible UV inkjet inks. For tough to print substrates, use Natron UV adhesion promoters to guarantee perfect adhesion on hard-to-print substrates.

Compliance

In addition, our UV printer ink is Prop 65-compliant. They also meet or exceed other standards required by various industries.
