TNM Thinner is for use with Natron NxT, ST, and EK series screen and pad print inks from Boston Industrial Solutions, Inc. Use this solvent to control the ink’s viscosity.
To use this solvent, add 10–20% of TNM solvent to the ink and mix until it becomes uniform. The TNM solvent has a medium evaporation rate.
The Natron series screen and pad printing inks pair well with the TNM Ink Thinner. Adding thinner has an impact not only on ink viscosity, flow properties, and how the ink releases from the pad, but also on drying speed, packaging, and adhesion capabilities.
To regulate ink viscosity, add 10-20% of TNM pad printing solvent to the ink and stir until homogeneous. Once the ink has been added, pour it into the pad printing ink cup and print.
EK Series pad printing ink for plastic is a high-gloss, easy-to-process, all-purpose 1- or 2-component pad printing ink. This ink is one of our special formulations of AI-selected copolymer resins for printing on plastics. EK adheres to almost all plastic materials on the market today as a one-component ink.
ST pad printing ink is a durable, flexible, and easy-to-print ink suitable for soft touch materials, rubber, apparel, and fibers. It is ideal for tagless label printing, shoe printing, industrial rubber marking, and rubberized promotional products.
DOCUMENTS
The SF solvent is non-toxic, free from heavy metals and phthalates. This solvent is perfect for pad printing and spray coating silicone-based products. The compliance documents are listed below.
During processing, silicone thinner, a silicone fluid or solvent, lowers the viscosity of silicone rubber products. Silicone thinner redices the ink-catalyst or silicone-catalyst mixture and helps it degas faster.
