150MM SINGLE SIDED INK CUP RING – KENT
This single-sided 150mm Kent ink cup ring (140mm ink cup for kent) is designed and manufactured as a replacement for Kent manufactured ink cup. And like all other ceramic rings from Boston Industrial Solutions, Inc., we use great care and the highest quality higher-density zirconia (ZrO2) to make these rings. As a result, this 150-mm single-sided Kent ring features superior wear, chip resistance, and unmatched performance. Zirconia is also resistant to pad printing solvents. For this reason, this OEM kent ink cup ring lasts a long time.

How to Replace the Pad Printer’s Ink cup ring
To change a 140mm Kent ink cup ring, you need a ring removal tool as well as a mullet. The ink cup ring removal tool makes it easy to remove the chipped or broken ring. This tool enables a printer to change the ring at his or her facility. You can use the removal tool to change this ceramic ring.
There are several ring removal tools available. These range from 53 to 205 mm. 53mm ring removal tools are special for changing rings from 53mm cups, while the large ring removal tools are for large ceramic rings.
