About the Product
- The Natron™ G1 Glass primer is a single-component, clear (colorless), non-sanding, fast-drying scientifically formulated to actively transform the micro-structure of glass surfaces to create permanent bonding. This primer prepares Glass, Tiles, carbon fiber, and rigid plastics for printing or painting with any type of ink (paints) and adhesives.
- The G1 primer is applied to glass surfaces with spray bottle and paper towel wiping.
- It leaves an invisible/ visually undetectable molecular coating on glass surface.
- Minimal usage: Apx. > 1000 square feet per Liter.
- Extremely fast drying < 10 seconds.
- Available sizes: 0.5 L (16.9 fl oz) / 1 L (33.8 fl oz) containers.
Application
The Natron™ G1 Glass primer achieves adhesion through the use of nano scale materials, allowing bonding on virtually every type of glass surface.
This specialty molecular primer for glass surfaces primer works with UV Inkjet Printing inks, acrylic based inks, urethane based coatings, and adhesives. It enhances glass surface to promote permanent bonding to UV inkjet inks, offset printing inks, pad printing inks, screen printing inks, and paints.

- – Rigid plastics/ Carbon fiber
- – Phenolics (Bakelite)
- – Melamine (Formica)

Use instructions / How to Use G1 Glass primer
- – Wipe off / Remove dust, oil and other dirt from the substrate (glass).
- – Wet a clean, non-woven (lint free) cloth with the the primer.
- – Wipe substrate with the wet lint-free towel.
- – Allow a couple of minutes for the solvent to completely evaporate.
- – Print the substrate or apply the adhesive onto substrate
NOTE: It is absolutely necessary to make printing trials prior to printing an entire production run to determine adhesion for your printing application.
